or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking\/vetting process staff.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>ROLE PURPOSE:\u00a0<\/strong>The CVA Coordinator is responsible for delivering quality and timely implementation of the cash &amp; voucher assistance, monitor the CTP process, coordination, and representation, and with support from Technical and Operations teams, to lead on sectoral assessment.<\/p>\n<p>The CVA Coordinator is expected to work closely with the program team, MEAL, Finance, Advocacy &amp; Communications, and Safeguarding teams to ensure quality and timely implementation of CVA operations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projects Scope:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project targets children, youth, and families affected by the emergency to meet their urgent and basic needs, through provision of multi-sectoral services including cash and voucher assistance. The program is multi-faceted and will require coordination with multiple organizations and actors including local, national, and International NGOs.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>SCOPE OF ROLE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to:\u00a0<\/strong>CVA Officer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead CVA assessments, in line with SC internal standards and processes, with\u00a0 support from CVA technical advisor: feasibility &amp; risk assessment, CVA risk assessment, market assessments and need &amp; vulnerability assessments.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Coordinate with other SC thematic areas and other relevant external sector agencies, ensuring assessment findings are documented and that all assessments include a disaggregated analysis of children\u2019s needs and vulnerabilities.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Working with the CVA officer and other key members of the response team to develop CVA sector plans and master budgets and contribute to SC\u2019s overall response objectives.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Lead on the CVA sector plan implementation, focusing on identified and emerging risks, as well as prevention &amp;
