Contexte R\u00e9gional & Organisationnel<\/h3>\n

La R\u00e9publique Centrafricaine fait face \u00e0 une instabilit\u00e9 politique et s\u00e9curitaire complexe. Depuis plus d’une d\u00e9cennie, INTERSOS intervient en RCA pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins vitaux des populations vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 travers plusieurs domaines : Protection<\/b> (VBG, protection de l’enfance), Sant\u00e9<\/b>, CCCM<\/b>, Abris<\/b>, Articles non alimentaires (NFI)<\/b> et Eau, Hygi\u00e8ne et Assainissement (WASH)<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Objectif G\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/h3>\n

G\u00e9rer et superviser la gestion \u00e9conomique et financi\u00e8re globale de la mission (comptabilit\u00e9, tr\u00e9sorerie, audits) dans le respect des obligations l\u00e9gales et des proc\u00e9dures internes d’INTERSOS afin de garantir un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9, de fiabilit\u00e9 et de transparence financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udccb Responsabilit\u00e9s Principales<\/h2>\n

1. Comptabilit\u00e9 & Budget<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Gestion comptable globale :<\/b> Garantir la tenue rigoureuse et en temps voulu de la comptabilit\u00e9 de la mission (proc\u00e9dures de tr\u00e9sorerie, op\u00e9rations bancaires, pi\u00e8ces justificatives, cl\u00f4tures mensuelles et rapprochements bancaires).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Expertise technique :<\/b> Servir de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la budg\u00e9tisation, l’allocation des co\u00fbts directs\/indirects, le reporting financier et la conformit\u00e9 fiscale.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support budg\u00e9taire :<\/b> Participer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du budget annuel de la mission et appuyer les chefs de projet lors des r\u00e9visions budg\u00e9taires ou des demandes de prolongation sans frais (no-cost extension<\/i>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Gestion de tr\u00e9sorerie :<\/b> Suivre le niveau de liquidit\u00e9 (caisse et banque) et signaler imm\u00e9diatement tout \u00e9cart.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Conformit\u00e9 & Bailleurs<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Suivre les indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance (KPI) financiers et \u00e9conomiques de la mission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Assurer la gestion financi\u00e8re des contrats bailleurs, pr\u00e9parer et v\u00e9rifier les rapports financiers (interm\u00e9diaires et finaux).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      \u00c9valuer la conformit\u00e9 des pi\u00e8ces justificatives et coordonner les audits locaux (comptabilit\u00e9, fiscalit\u00e9, droit du travail, stocks\/actifs).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Garantir l’imputation correcte des co\u00fbts sur les subventions (grants<\/i>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Administration & Liquidit\u00e9s<\/h3>\n

      • \n

        Suivre le versement des tranches financi\u00e8res contractuelles avec les bailleurs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Garantir le traitement et le paiement mensuel des salaires du personnel en temps voulu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Assurer le paiement des imp\u00f4ts, taxes et cotisations sociales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        Superviser l’archivage physique et num\u00e9rique de la documentation financi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Gestion d’\u00c9quipe<\/h3>\n

                Accommodation<\/span><\/div>\n
                Shared accommodation in a Guesthouse is generally provided in Field duty stations. In the Accompanied duty stations and Family duty stations, there is also the option of reimbursement of part of the accommodation cost and a flat allowance for installation expenses. In Family duty stations, there is also a contribution to school fees for dependent children.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

                R&R<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

                INTERSOS staff required to work for extended periods at duty stations under hazardous, stressful and difficult conditions are granted a regular and mandatory period of Rest and Recuperation (R&R). This is due to protecting their health and well-being and ensuring optimal work performance upon the resumption of their duties, while, at the same time, preserving the operational readiness of the Organisation. R&R benefits are not financial compensation for the degree of hardship and insecurity of a duty station. Eligibility: staff members recruited as international field staff whose contract states one R&R Duty Station as the main Duty Station and whose contract duration is equal to or longer than 4 calendar months. R&R: it consists of 7 days of psycho-physical recovery every 8\/10\/12 weeks, depending on the duty station. A 1000 \u20ac allowance is associated with it.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

                Salary<\/strong><\/td>\nThe monthly remuneration for each position is defined according to the INTERSOS international standard salary grid and function grid, taking into account the selected candidate’s experience. It is communicated during the HR interview, or at any rate during the first stage of the selection process.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
                Transportation<\/strong><\/td>\nRound-trip flights for the humanitarian worker and partner. For any mission lasting at least 9 months, an additional flight ticket to the Country of residence and return to the mission is covered by the Organisation for the humanitarian worker.                 Medical insurance<\/strong><\/td>\nInjuries and death insurance; civil liability insurance, reimbursement for vaccines, medical certificate and PCR test for deployment; psychosocial support on request for the humanitarian worker and dependents.                 Note 1<\/strong><\/td>\nINTERSOS applies a \u201cLearning & Development Policy\u201d which includes the possibility to receive capacitation and participate in internal and external training. Priority will be given to Staff working for INTERSOS for over two years.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
